Her approach combines operational discipline with a strong focus on purpose, particularly when organisations need to respond to complex challenges at scale.

At Amazon, Beth oversaw a Ukraine humanitarian response that grew into a 250-person taskforce, established major aid hubs in Poland and Slovakia, and expanded an initial US$10 million commitment to more than US$75 million by the end of 2022. The response included financial aid, product donations, logistics support, and AWS cloud computing credits for humanitarian organisations.

Under her leadership, more than 2 million essential aid items were distributed at scale. The initiative demonstrated how corporate infrastructure, technology, logistics, and resources can be brought together to support refugee families, charities, and frontline organisations working across borders.
